HS3 Activities & Polling

I'm having two issues. The first is that new activities I created show up in the plugin devices page but are not created in HS3.

The second issue is that polling is set to 2 minutes but status is not updating.

Can you please sent me the plugin specific logging during poll and creation of the devices with debug on?
