Access favorites?

Is this the same plugin included with HS4?
if so, how do I access my favorite channels from the plugin? I can't seem to find it but I'm guessing it had to be there somehow

No, this is an old HS3 plugin, no longer supported. It is listed in the 'Legacy' section of the HS3 updater.
