    Hi,

Please sent me your Homeseer configuration. The "about homeseer" page.
And include you hub related logging with debug on, as well as you hub type and firmware.

Could be a conflict with another plugin.

    Thanks.
    Regards,

i have the same problem , my plugin connected only once but now it doesn't connect anymore . login is correct but doesn't show devices .

I didn't change anything on the computer , just removed and re installed homeseer .

I don't have an antivirus installed and turned off fire wall

I'm running all my HomeSeer 'machines' in VM's (on a Mac too). Windows can be very problematic in some cases. I never had the issue before.

I am busy updating the plugin to solve some bugs, but it will nog solve your problem because I'm pretty sure it's not an plugin issue.

Same issue here, login failure is reported, followed by a conversion error.

I guess this is because the login failed. But how to login with Facebook or google?

Is login still necessary as the official web-app of logi has been deprecated?
Apps on new devices seem to discover the hub by themselves and can control it without logging in.

At the end, no actions or devices were found on the hub.

Solution found: when logged in by Facebook, use another device to connect as well. Try to login by email and use the forgot password option. The email to use is the one you use to login to FB.
After resetting the password, you can login both with FB and email. The new password can be used in the plugin.

After that, no problems with conversion issues anymore and activities and devices are discovered fine.
