I bought the plugin where in the world is the instruction to set this up?

Hey,
The only thing you need to do is once the plugin is installed, in the plugin settings select the serial COM port that your Lync system is connected to. Once you have that correctly selected, the plugin does the rest. -

No interface found, only two com ports are shown as an option tried both. My lync controller is via ip. The only serial is between the lync and the htd box.
Do you have any instructions for this plugin? owned it for months and havent got anything to work yet!Comment

I paid for a plug-in with no instructions or help to get working, guess it’s to much to ask for my money back!
