I had the beta installed but it has recently stopped working (license/trial expired) and it doesn't seem to be in the store to purchase a license???

I submitted to the be put into the store last week. I'll shoot another email over to HomeSeer to see how they're coming on putting it into the store.

This worked perfectly for me when it was in beta. Now it crashes all the time. I'm not sure what version was my last stable one but now it simply is unworkable for me. It works for about 3 minutes then crashes. I restart the plugin and it works for another 3 minutes then crashes again. :-\

Any errors for me to go off of? Do you know which beta version worked fine? I can do a code diff between that version and now. Does it happen when a specific event happens?

I wonder if this might have something to do with version .165 vs .168. Take a look at the errors below. Both the command prompt error and the windows error reference version .165... However, in the HS front end of HS it says the installed version is .168. Maybe the latest version isn't registering correctly? Can I get version .165 somewhere and try that out?

                (Command Prompt Initialization...)

                C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3>HSPI_Lync.exe

                Connected, waiting to be initialized...
                Starting version 1.0.16266.165
InitIO called, plug-in is being initialized...

(and then the code starts to process normally... but eventually I get the following error in the command prompt...)

Unhandled Exception: System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is

Hmm... maybe the problem isn't with .168 vs .165. I managed to get HS3 rolled back to 1.0.16266.165 but I am still getting the same errors mentioned above.

Let me try re-installing one of the beta versions.

This error literally indicates it's receiving errors on the serial port. I'd say check your cabling, and try some reboots of both the Lync controller and HomeSeer.

The error is a hardware/connection error and can be any of the following. I can right a new version that dumps the SerialError Enumeration to see which one of the following it's hitting.

Frame: The hardware detected a framing error.
Overrun: A character-buffer overrun has occurred. The next character is lost.
RXOver: An input buffer overflow has occurred. There is either no room in the input buffer, or a character was received after the end-of-file (EOF) character.
RXParity: The hardware detected a parity error.
TXFull: The application tried to transmit a character, but the output buffer was full.

New version posted that reports the type of error being received.

Hmm... That is strange because it works just fine using HTD's Lync software as well as Ultra's HTD plugin. But, I'll take a look at your new version and see what I come up with.

                          Thanks.

I'm still working on the code comparison to make sure. I will say this. I'm running the same version without issue.

Purchased a license but I get the following error:

"Error registering license. License does not match product."

Emailed Homseer but haven't heard back yet.
