For now I setup an event to restart the plugin every night.
Thanks for the offer, I think I have it fixed, but I may contact you anyways to see how you think you can help and what that might entail

Updated this morning about 7am and 12 hours later it is still working. No errors in log. Looks promising so far, thank you.

Further info. This evening I saw the same errors I have seen previously but this time it was just one instance of the connection errors. When I noticed the errors I forced an event which calls the harmony PI and it worked fine without any intervention. Still looking good.

If you keep getting that error and can reproduce it at will, let me know. the error message is generic so we might be able to add more logging to get to the actual issue.

i may put out a version for you to run that has more debugging in it if you don't mind. I would like to see what the messages look like that are causing it to disconnect. On a side note, it is only disconnecting because it got an unexpected message. I probably don't need to disconnect when I get those, but I think my thinking was "better safe than sorry". It appears that it is reconnecting on it's own. Either way I would like to see if I can fix it.

I am wondering.. at 17:45:55 did you disconnect the plugin or did it crash? that appears to be a crash, but I want to double check if perhaps you stopped the plugin manually.

                  Hi,

you are correct I did not manually stop the plug in.

Happy to help, publish the beta and I'll update it ASAP.

It might not be until late tonight. Still at work and then we have the xmas parade tonight. I'll try and add more debugging around that area tonight or this weekend and push an update.

Yeah sure, no rush. Would be nice to clean up those errors at some point but there is no material impact I can see so enjoy the parade!!!
