Seems to see hub but commands don't run

I don't post often, sorry if this is wrong place...

I am running the 4.15.210 OS on the hub. It seems to be able to communicate and see the hub, but neither via HStouch or an event does it actually do anything. I see messages sent. I used MeiHarmony before and the ran the other app that broke for while. I have deleted and old devices and "reinstalled." It always something simple, but I just can't find it.
I'm not sure what I am supposed to see in the logs, but I'm not even 100% sure the hub is actually responding with anything at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:Now can switch tasks, but unable to control things like bringing up the DTV guide...or move around on the Roku menu

Sorry I didn't see this post earlier. Can you go to the settings turn on debug logging and then reproduce the issue? Once you've done that, can you send me the log file that is generated? It is in: [HS3 install directory]/Logs/MeiHarmonyHub.log

Not sure if this is all you want, but goes back several days. It will launch an activity, but when I try to get to the guide or recorded show...enter a digit to try to change a channel...nothing happens. THANKS tremendously in advance! I did filter this on MeiHarmony. I may be missing it, but don't see any other communications that looks like it goes with it without the "MeiHarmony" header. I had the selectable menu debug on a few days back which is why some of the older stuff is here.

Actually, you need to go to the MeiHarmonyHub settings then the general cofig for the plugin. At the bottom there is a checkbox to turn on "debug logging" Once that is on, reproduce the issue. This will create a log file with much more detail. That log file is in the /Logs/ directory in your homeseer install directory. I.e. on windows it is likely: C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Logs\MeiHarmonyHub.log

So if I'm correct, in that log you merely turned on the TV then turned it back off, correct? It didn't throw any errors, which is weird. Is this the only device on the hub? Could you try multiple commands from multiple devices and log that?

Note that the log name has changed to now have the date, I.e. MeiHarmonyHub20190213.txt (if you use the newest beta, 3.1.0.8)
