After installing from the updater I try to enable the plugin and the status always says Plugin start is pending. I have removed and reinstalled but still get the same thing.

You can also check if there is a log. it will be in [hs3 install directory]/Logs and it will be either MeiHarmonyHubYYYYMMDD.log or MBPluginsYYYYMMDD.log (Where YYYYMMDD is the date the file was created, there should be 1 per day).
