    MeiHarmony connecting to 2 of 4 hubs

    I have 4 Harmony hubs. Meiharmony sees all 4 in the Hub Management panel. But when I enable 2 of the 4 I get errors below. The other 2 hubs work fine. I have removed and added back the problem hubs with no success. All 4 hubs are seen within the Harmony app. They work normally. Not sure what to try.

    I am using the 3.1.0.17 of Meiharmony. Log file attached as well.

    Do they show as away in the harmony phone app?

        Do you have them with static IPs or using DHCP reservation in your router to keep the IP the same?

          DHCP. I tried fixing the ip in the mei setup and there was no change. I can reserve the ip in my router if you think that will help.

            I reserved the ip address in the non working hub. And now I am getting errors on the hub that was working. So nothing is working now Frank??

                Bob, I will look into this. I got your logs. Unfortunately work this week is crazy (I'm going on vacay next week) so I've been working crazy hours to get my team ready for my absence. I will check it out as soon as I can.

                  I’m going to delete everything and reinstall. It was all fine till I tried using the other hub. Had 2 of 4 working. Then everything went to hell. Any suggestions?

                    take a backup of the HS3 directory first. That way if you want to restore you can.

                    I'm not sure what's going on. Nromally those messages are network related (bad wifi, firewall, wring IP etc). I would check your settings (Files) vs the IPs you expect and make sure they are correct.

                      I deleted the plug in. And deleted the Meiharmony config files that I could see. Reinstalled it. See log below. 1 out of 4 hubs connects now.

                        and in the app they show up as local and not "away" I've seen this recently where the hubs refuse to connect locally, even to the phone app (Note they will show up in the app, but be listed as "Away").

                        Have you tried an extended power cycle of the hubs (like 5-10min)?

                          Havnt tried power cycle. Can do that. Not sure what you mean in the app local or away? I can connect to all my hubs both locally and remotely with the iphone app. Havnt tried the pc Harmony app. Which are you referring to?

                              I mean in the mobile app. It will say "Away" if you're not on Wifi or if the hub is not on your same network. I've had his happen with my hubs recently where they only show away even though I know they ar on the same network as my phone.

                              In my example below, I turned off wifi just o you could see what I mean by "Away"
