Not sure if this is a known issue. It appears the PI creates a duplicate sets of HS device for a single hub (see screenshot of my theater hub). All my event are associated with older set but all PI updates are happening to the new set (see update dates). Is there a way of deleting the old set and associating my events to new set WITHOUT having to edit each event and selection the new set of devices?

That's a strange one. Can you go in to Tools->Setup->Custom and turn on "Show Device Address/Code Column on Device Management Page". "Show Device Type Column on Device Management Page", and "Show Device Reference Number on Device Management Page (for developers)" so we can see the device details.
