    HUBS Force Disconnect

    Hi,

    multiple times daily I see that my Harmony events aren't woking. When I check, they have been force disconnected and the following logs are created:

    This looks like the errors I had earlier today until I turned on XMPP in the harmony app. To Enable XMPP from Harmony App: First connect to the hub with the issue, if you have multiple hubs. Go to... Menu > Harmony Setup > Add/Edit Devices & Activities > Remote & Hub > Enable XMPP

      This can happen for a few reasons. Some are network issues. How close is your hub to your wireless access point?
