August Locks added in Harmony App, not in Plugin

I don't add Home Automation devices to the plugin. I have played around with it a little, but Logitech actually has a lot of security around those and thought I've been able to monitor the status of lights (zibgee via the hub extender), turning them on/off was never consistent.

Still trying to control August locks with this plugin. Found how to add locks, but not able to lock/unlock. Logs shows activity command sent, other activities / devices work, but locks do not. I am able to control locks via Harmony app. It's been five weeks, is anyone supporting this plugin?

Hi, I am trying to control my August Locks via Harmony hub. I added the locks, and they are visible in the Harmony app, but were not added to the plugin. How do I get these devices added to HomeSeer?
