I have version 3.1.0.16, and when I add my hub it says its added, but when I go to other screens within the plugin I can't select a hub, its like I don't have one. I tried to upgrade to .18 but homeseer says its successfull, but it just keeps saying its at .16. I removed the plugin, and reinstalled using .18, when I check my plugins it is still listed at .16, and upgrading still does not work.

I wonder if I have a bad hub. I hooked up a different hub, and that one appears to communicate... weird.Comment

Check the hubs location (the wifi chips in these are notoriously bad and even the power adapter can cause it to go wonky). The plugin attempts to keep a constant connection 24/7/365 and remember that the hub is only really designed to deal with short connections with phones. This said, with proper placement and adequate wifi signal you can have hubs stay connected for long periods (months on end) without an issue.Comment
