Can't get this plug-in to work, updated everything...

I am able to find the hub, but the "device config" page does not show the devices. I've enabled the XMPP, removed and reinstalled the plug-in, but I can't select a hub on the device config page. The meiharmony root node is showing on my list, but that's all. Here is my error log. I will note that it's worked before. I've restored my HS to factory, and reinstalled meiharmonyhub plug-in afterwards.

Is your hub using a non-english language or do any of your devices have a weird character in the name?

Also, can you start the plugin, go to it's settings, turn the debug logging to "debug" and then restart the plugin. There should be logs placed in the folder [hsInstalPath]/logs/MeiHarmonyHub/

can you post those logs here (or you can email them at my username at the google mail service).
