Can you ping the hubs? I use a free plugin called BLLAN to regularly ping my IoT devices and have found some WiFi dead spots, some of which were being caused by some stupid WiFi optimization feature in my Unifi network controller.Leave a comment:

Hubs suddenly stopped responding to HS
My 2 hubs both stopped responding to HS4. They are both listed in configuration with right IP. The polling suggestion in other posts is correct (15000). XMPP is enabled. The hubs respond to the Harmony app. Thoughts? I’ve tried rebooting the hubs, sync’ing them, turning on/off the PI. When I hit disconnect, nothing happens.
