I'm sorry I can't help other than to say I had similar problems with mine.
I bit the bullet and switched to Global Cache and have been very happy with my decision.
Hopefully someone can help you but if not, you know what I would say.

My SQ Blaster has been working for months then ;;;;;;
I get this error,

If I send the commands in manual mode 10-15 times it may work !
Has been working, any ideas ?
