Is it normal to get this in the log Command sent to GlobalCache BL2_BLASTER UltraGCIR Plugin BL2_BLASTER Module 4:1: %16 Value Set Dimval: 23 Data: 0 over and over again. Sometimes more that 15 times in 1 minute. The only thing that changes everytime is the 2 digit number in blue. PS in the log there all black letter.

The log entry is caused by controlling the device (e.g. sending IR to the device). You can suppress the noise by editing the HomeSeer device, then click Options and then select "Do not log commands from this device".
