Global Cache GC100 with GC-SC1 Contact Closure Sensor

Have installed a couple of Contact Closure Sensors on a GC100. Configured the GC100 for sensor input.
GC100 is recognized by UltraGCir3 plugin and shows device type as Global Cache Sensor, but does not show the change in contact status (always reports it as active). In device configuration shows Status 1=dim and Value 1=active. In status graphics Value 0=Inactive and Value 1=Active.
    Thanks for any help

Hello. Please connect to the Global Cache GC100 web page and change the IR to "Sensor with Auto-notify". This should update the HomeSeer device to "GlobalCache SENSOR_NOTIFY". If the device doesn't update, delete it and restart HomeSeer.

With the contact open, it will display "Active". The LED above the sensor port will be on. With the contact closed, it will display "Inactive". The LED above the sensor port will be off.

Had thought I had tried everything to make it work, BUT did not delete the device and restart Homeseer. That fixed it. All is well, and thanks for your help.
