Relay not disconnects two wires

Yes, even if I pull the little gray plug out of the gc-100 the sensors go off but not with the plugin.

Are you seeing the relay light go on/off?

Hi,

I'm testing UltraGCIR plugin on HS3 with GC-100-12, I'm trying to use the relay on the GC to turn on and off wired alarm sensors, if I disconnect the wires by hand the sensor turn off but if I'm using the relay port on the GC-100 and sending active/inactive command with HS3 plugin it's not working. Anyone can help here? How do I use the relay port with plugin so I can turn on or off wired sensors?
