SQL Logic Error or Missing Database in Log

I have had the UltraHTDAudio3 plugin installed and working fine for well over a year. I'm now getting the following error logged several hundred times upon startup.

    Error Message:
System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): SQL logic error or missing database near "sRm": syntax error at System.Data.SQLite.SQLite3.Prepare(SQLiteConnection cnn, String strSql, SQLiteStatement previous, UInt32 timeoutMS, String& strRemain) at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.BuildNextCommand() at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.GetStatement(Int32 index) at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteDataReader.NextResult() at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteDataReader..ctor(SQLiteCommand cmd, CommandBehavior behave) at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.ExecuteReader(CommandBehavi or behavior) at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at HSPI_ULTRAHTDAUDIO3.hspi_plugin.UpdateAudioZoneSource(Int32 source_id, String source_name_keypad)

While troubleshooting, I have renamed the C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\Data\ultrahtdaudio3\ultrahtdaudio3.db3 and allowed HomeSeer/UltraHTDAudio3 plugin recreate the file. Doing so requires me to setup the Audio Controller, but oddly everything still appears to function OK when controlling my HTD system from HomeSeer.

    System Information:

Any idea how I fix this issue?
