  • BI Plug-in Crashes

    I am not sure if this is a BI issue or not but I had to restore my HS3 from scratch (software restore to factory defaults) due to multiple server and IP issues.
    However when I installed my BI plug-in I can not get to the configuration page. It just keeps giving me a blank page with "error" on it that's it...

    I have removed, re-installed, restarted, shut down, etc... multiple times to no avail. The log files do not even record any event related to BI error.

    Am wondering if my restore did not go so well as I thought. I have exclude all of my devices but I am reluctant to re-include them until I get this figured out.

    BTW- Running HS3 on a Hometroller SEL Pro

    Here are some log entries when the Plug-in is first installed. Other than this HS does not log anything when I try to open the config page. It just crashes with a blank page that says "error"
