Plugin does not work in Linux. Hangs Hs3

Hi there it's been a few months since I bought the plugin for my ubuntu install and it just hangs my ubuntu install. Do you have any support or do I give up?

Are there any errors in your log?

Have you got mono-complete installed on your Ubuntu machine?

The plugin does work on Linux but mono can be quite fickle.
