How to manage events in HS3

In user guide are present installation, configuration and setting topics, but no reference about how to configure events.
Attached you can see an event that run correctly when I click on RUN BUTTON, but not run when face is detected (I checked in the log 1 face detected).
Please have a tutorial?

I'm not familiar with your facial recognition software, but is it possible that it detected a face, but could not identify the person?

Yes, thanks, it was enough to change the recognition threshold!
