NetCam plugin- Date Last Changed

I suspect the plugin was written by an "intern" who is no longer with the company. Too bad HS is not interested in the NetCam plugin. With a few improvements It could be extremely useful.

NetCam plugin - The "Date Last Changed" on the device management page never changes for my HS3 NetCam plugin devices. Why? What makes it change?
