I'm still planing to implement Arlo plugin for my cameras - but HS4 takes too much time...

That's what I was thinking... Because I have Arlo Q pro without the base. The comms protocol is quite similar, but still, to implement and test - I need the system with base, which is not cheap. I'll try to get one from Netgear for free, as I always do. Otherwise the whole plugin development becomes just waste of money.

I'm trying to get API info from Arlo.

Nobody offered help testing the system with base station.
