    I am not able to reproduce the problem.

    Can you send the debug log ?
    Is the cam disconnected or the entire synology ?

    Is the status of the cameras/synology in HS up-to-date ?
    Are you using the latest plugin version from the HS store ?

    Mmmm ... it shouldn't crash :-).
    Let me have a look at it (probably somewhere this weekend).

    Does it always crash when trying to create a snapshot on a cam that is not connected ?
    Can you maybe enable debug tracing and send me the log ?

    Plugin stops working


    The Plugin Surveillance Station quits very often (See Screenshot)
    I have 3 Cameras in my Surveillance Station, but only 1 is active / connected because we are relocating.
    So i get errors like this: The Snapshot request sent to NetCam002 [FI9828P] failed: The operation has timed out

    But this should not lead to unexpected outages of the plugin.

    Has anyone the same problem?
