Change the ffmpeg parameters? Is that possible?

So I am trying to set up a timelaps kind of thing, that takes a picture every minute or something for an extended loooong time. I had som problem to get it to work, however all of a sudden it just started to work. Never mind that. However I would like to alter parameters for the ffmpeg process - anyone knows how?

Its a Linux, Ubuntu, install by the way.

I am sorry, but the plug-in doesn't support adding additional command line arguments to the ffmpeg process.
