Resolved by overwriting the 1.3.0.0 with a 1.4.2.0 dll in the Homeseer root folder.
For some reason there are 2 PluginSdk.dlls. One in the bin\Homeseer and the other in the root.

Just delete the PluginSdk.dlls from the root.
