Register a SpeakerProxy is failing

When I call callback.RegisterProxySpeakPlug

I get

Unable to cast object of type 'Scheduler.PluginHolder' to type 'HomeSeerAPI.IAllRemoteAPI'. Service Version: NO_VERSION
