Cannot disable (manage plugins) a multipleInstanceSingleExe plugin

Moving this issue in this bug thread ..
This is pretty annoying during debugging as I cannot disable my PI at all to run local or through visual studio debugger.

a/ I've installed my Sonos PI from the installer.
b/ I get the "old screen" view to enable the PI.
c/ When I'm in the new HS4 screen and click on Plugins->Manage->Installed I can click on the green checkmark to disable my PI.
d/ Clicking on it takes me to the old PI management screen where the PI is shown as "remotely loaded" and there is no way to disable it.

I also had hanging plug-in instances. Turns out my plug-in was throwing an exception during shutdown.

In my case the method throwing an exception was in SupportsMultipleInstancesSingleEXE(), which I had not implemented because it was not called during startup and normal operations.
