Is it possible to config the nuget pkg to have the dlls set "COPY LOCAL" to false?

Don't even know this is possible or not, but each time I download a new package in Visual Studio, I need to remind myself to reconfigure the reference settings to avoid that HSCF, NewtonSoft and Scheduler are not copied into my build/debug directory (which points to the HS directory) each time I build my solution.
Possible?
