This command is not working correctly for HS3 pages under HS4.
a) Parameter extra-meta is not honored.
b) With HS3, it was necessary to include 2 instances of this command (checkout test.aspx in the html directory in HS3 or HS4). Therefore the returned output of the 'HOME' link is shown twice.
c) If you are not intending to provide any further navbar/links/menu structure, you should still honor the Title parameter.
