Submittal of HS4 plugins

I have finished development of what amounts to a new HS4 plugin and tested vs x.30 Alpha. What do I do with it now?

The plugin portal is operational for HS4 plugins so go to plugins.homeseer.com and submit it there. Same process as HS3 plugins.

I would like to evaluate via updater_override.txt before I submit to store. My file was created using the SDK info from HS3 which is below.

The HS3 instructions indicate that I should use the Update Listing button. I do not see a Update Listing button when only HS4 plugins are available. If I put a HS3 plugin in HS4 folder then I get a Manage button for the HS3 plugin and it will show an Update Listing button. When I click it, it shows the local interfaces including the HS4 I want to evaluate. I click Download and Install and nothing happens.

Others have asked about this also. The procedure you note is for HS3 plugins. The HS4 updater file is now a JSON formatted file. Let me get this working and I will post new instructions.

rjh Any update on this. It would be good to locally test plugins first.
