I'm trying to have HomeSeer kick off a shell script that remotely executes a script on another linux box (raspberry pi). As such, I need to make sure authentication works. What user account does HomeSeer execute scripts under?

On my Ubuntu setup, the scripts run as root as that is what my homeseer system runs as.
The easiest way on you environment is to have a script which does a long sleep command or create a file, then ps the sleep command or check the file owner to see what account it runs as as.Len
