  • Is it possible to control HS-WX200+ LEDs from a plugin?

    I have a bunch of HS-WD200+ switches configured to show the same status LEDs for a few states, but it's getting really tedious to manually enter every device in the event editor. Does anyone know if it's possible to control the status LED colors from a plugin?

    I tried using PluginFunction to call ActionProcessPostUI with dummy "form data" to generate a strTrigActInfo object to pass into HandleAction via PluginFunction. HandleAction returned true, but the LED didn't change and the log reported "Exception in Z-Wave Event Action for event Manual Automation New Event, action=ZW_HSWX200_Actions (0): Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

    Yes it is possible, my Flash plugin has support for the On/Off switch today. You definitely can not call ActionProcessPostUI, you need to call plugin.HsApplication.PluginFunction("Z-Wave", "", "Configuration_Set", zwaveParameters);

    Today my plugin supports the On/Off switch, I need a tester to run it so I can log the product_id if the dimmer so I can fully support it. If you are up to do that, drop me a note (just need to install it and configure an action, it will log the HS device ID's automatically)
