HS3 plugin not displaying Trigger/Condition/Action form on HS4

Not sure where to post this (HS3 or HS4 plugin development forum), but I'm finally able to check most of my plugins with HS4. One thing I've noticed is that on the events page my HS3 trigger and action forms.

Anyone know why? I thought HS3 plugins were supposed to just work with HS4, but his gimps some of my extra functionality that I've added to my plugins.

Can any of you help with this?

We have had to make modifications in some of the HS3 HTML so it appears on an HS4 event page (some conflicts with the HS4 HTML). You might be seeing a situation that we missed. Can I see this here without a hub? I actually do have a hub but I am not sure it has the correct firmware on it.
