changing name plugin gives errors

is there now a good guideline how to get new plugins in development debugging mode working in hs3.

i thought simply finishing my plugin with changing the name of the plugin from HSPI_SAMPLE to HSPI_MY , even putting a release version in the hs3 directory still gives debugging errors, only the release version works properly.

should i delete the old setup file of hs3 ?

You would need to change the interface name (IFACE_NAME), the root namespace, and the name of the .exe.

I think that's it.

after starting computer again 2 times , everything works, homeseer 3 has a kind of memory not yet affected by alzheimer.
