How can I stop-start a plugin via script

I am looking for a script command to stop and start a plugin
Does anyone know a way how to do this?

Thanks for the info but i was rather hoping for a single script function call to stop/start a plugin.
Not adding an extra script to do this.
(although i know Jon00 does deliver great scripts)
