    Script Encryption

I have a script that contains user name and password information for some HTTP calls to a couple of my IP security cameras. It is on a local machine, but I would still like to encrypt it. In searching I see that there is (or at least there used to be) a HomeSeer tool for doing this called HSSEncoder.exe. It looks like it used to be available through the Updater as part of the HomeSeer Developer Kit. I do not see this package there now. Is there a way to acquire this tool? If not, what are my current options for encrypting/securing my script?

Wadenut I'll be getting into more advanced scripting soon as well, and will require same encryption and no sense rolling my own if one exists already. Much appreciated if you can forward it to me as well.
