Script Trigger when "set to ON" or "set to OFF"?

Hey all,

I know how to register a script for device CHANGES, but is there any way to setup a scrpt to trigger for device status "sets"?

As in, the device is already ON, then it gets set to ON again. On the on again, it will run my script.

Am I just missing it? Or am I limitd to ONLY using an event trigger for this?
