I have been using these lines of script since I can remember for my CID anouncement and has worked flawlessly for as long. I recently switch from .23 to .44 of HS Pro as well as switched to a new pc and win 7 as well. All at the same time! yes I know bad for trouble shooting.
from startup.txt:
StartUp=hs.RunEx("NetCID.txt","StartNetId",5)
From NetCID.txt - function "NetIdCID"
e=hs.OpenComPortEx(CommPort,"4800,n,8,1",1,"NetCID.txt","Net IdCID","+++")
Anyway my script works sometimes on reboots, once it works it stays working. If it doesn't then it doesn't. The Comport is sound as the strings show up in hyperterm (Copied from XP) everytime the phone rings.
I have tried "hs.OpenComPort" as well, with no luck. This also works fine on XP with prior version of HS.
has anyone had an issue on win 7?
