    Saving Mode of Thermostat

I am using Patrick's autosend script and so far it has been working OK. What I would like to do is save the mode of the thermostat so that another event could look at it as a condition. Example, set the cooling temp to 85 when no one is home and the A/C is on but not when the heat is on. I see in the script where there is a SaveVar for all the t-stat data but I am not sure how to use the data. Even if I could have a virtual device be on or off depending on heat or cool would be fine. Thanks for any help.

You can either do it by parsing the device string which includes the mode or using the before mentioned saved var. Just put in some msgbox saved var nameto find the one you need.
