While I in no way want to denegrate Elmo's fine script, it was certainly an interesting solution to a common problem, I would like to cast a vote for another util I use:

CMDtime. It's a small freeware command line util for syncing time. Just add an event to run cmdtime3.exe /p SYNC once a week or so, and you're all set. Nothing running full-time, and only about 55K taken up of your hard drive.
