Still problems with movies script...

I spent whole day today looking for solution for this error but I still can't figure it out. I ran Install script without problem but when I try to run "Update Movies" script, I got following error.
PLEASE HELP.

Does the file exist that is mention in the path of the error?

Yes, it's right there. I even downloaded last Mike's patches. Tried left and right and nothing worked so far.
