    HSP Phone Script

Does anyone know of a way to block all calls using HSP between a time range? I now have an infant and would like late night calls to be blocked. Thanks for any help.

    Thanks,

When you say block. Do you mean not allow the phone to ring or simply not answer any calls. If you want to mute the ringer and still take messages and you use the Way2Call Hi-Phone device then you can use hsp.LINEMuteRings(line as integer, mode as integer). Other wise I do not believe its possible using the modem and PC.
It would require another piece of hardware to "disconnect" certain wires in the phone line.

Thanks Rupp. In HSPhone you can assigned centain numbers to blocked from getting through. When a call comes in, I may here half a ring or less and then nothing. HSP simpy disconnects the call. This is what I want to do, but on all calls during a certain time frame. It may not be possible. Thanks again.

There is an action to change the number of rings before answering an external call. Simply change this to 1 when you want calls to go to voicemail immediately, and then back to your normal number of rings when you want it back to normal. You can then use the absolute time trigger to start/stop the "no ring" zone.
