Nice script Scott ! Very handy !

This is perfect for putting your most used devices all onto one palmpad when you have one housecode upstairs and another downstairs and another for outside etc.

To make a blank writeable label for your palmpad try this :

    just select Homeseer print option

    choose a never used housecode

select the 8 button palmpad option box

    hit the print button....

Now I can turn that electric blanket on from downstairs....-28 C here this morning !

Will this script also work for dimming, or just on/off?

I tried this out last night. Works GREAT!

I just checked and it seems to work with dim commands also. You cannot just hold the dim button down for continuous dimming. It only does one dim per button push. (at least for me)

Scott, nice job on the slim script.

I wrote the attached script that does the same thing in 2002 it also does a 1 to Many code translation. Just thought I'd offer it up to those that needed this functionality... or if you wanted to use the code to enhance your own.

            regards,
            Aaron

The Firecracker software includes a palmpad label printer and is available for download here
