I now have my Radio Shack Weather Radio triggering my HS. I need the alert text for HS to speak it. Am I missing a variable setting to capture alert text?

No, I was hoping to get the alert text from a variable or virtual device and add it to a speech string that would be issued from HS. There is a hazardous weather web page on NOAA but I was hoping I had missed a device setting in weatherxml that was already setting it. I did take a look at it and didn't see anything. Otherwise, I need to add a relay to the ON swith of the weather radio and a mic in front of the speaker to my mixer to get the sound into the house.Comment
