ok, i think i got most if not all from their site.

The temp says -10 for W3, but it's looking for an image called -10.gif. I don't see that as being correct? Can you shed some light?

Only -10 in Ottawa? I'm impressed, every time I travel there it is generally much colder than here in Toronto.
The -10.gif that you are referring to is a combination of temps that you may find here in the forums (search for icons).

I will be posting up a new build of the script that fixes a few minor glitches here and there. At the same time I will put up a copy of the icons that I use, as well as the temperature ones.

having issues with w13 and w18

Hi
I am running your ver 2.1 Canadian Weather Script and the two thing that are not display is w13 and w 18.
the problem is with w13 nothing is displayed and never updates, the problem with w 18 it saids "Brampton Weather Last Observed at: Toronto Pearson Int'l Airport 21 May 2006 11:00 PM EDT"
when I have the setting for winnipeg "mb-38_metric_e.html"
can you help me

Locate the following lines in the script file.

'Const LOCATION = "Winnipeg"
'Const LOCATION_CODE = "mb-38_metric_e.html"
'Const FORECAST_START_STRING_TAG = "Winnipeg:"
'Const TIMEZONE = "CST"

Note that these have a single quote in front of them, please ensure that they are removed for all 4 lines. More importantly, check to ensure that the 4 lines that reference Brampton have been modified and the single quotes added to them.
Failing that, send me a copy of your .txt file and I will review it further.

I believe that W13 - Normal Mean has been abandoned by Environment Canada.

Looks like you made it home just in time. I ran your info and unfortunately found all devices to update correctly showing Rain, Rain and more Rain. I have put out build 2.02 as it had minor changes.
Try that build and let know, failing that we can turn on "Weather_Debug" and see what comes back in the logs. It is fairly intense, so don't leave it left on if you want to be able to review your logs.
I have also added in your City info, so search for Ottawa and activate it.

Next time I am in Ottawa I may have to drop by, have a buddy in Orleans, so I am familiar with the area somewhat.

How have you made out, was out camping for the weekend, as Mike had mentioned.
I tested the 2.02 build using the Winnipeg info and found it to work properly. Rogerous may want to come visit as your weather is much better than Ottawa's this week.
Please let me know how you make out.

Please feel free to drop by at anytime. Yes we are getting a lot of rain lately and looking at the horizon it seems we are going to get some more. Oh well...after rain comes sunshine!

I upgraded to build 2.02 and here are results:

Device w18 (Last Updated) is now working ok. I noticed that I had set the time zone to "EST" instead of "EDT" on build 2.01...oops
Device w15 (Yesterday High) and w16 (Yesterday Low) are still showing "UNKNOWN" states

Now in build 2.02 when HS speaks for example the "weather forecast"...there are no pauses between words or lines and the . (dots) are pronounced.

Here is the Ottawa forecast in build 2.02: (doesn't sound natural)

Ottawa Forecast:
