Yes I am. I have been fooling around with it and get variou errors. I solved all but 1--type mismatch: 'TPM' in line 89 More info: Type mismatch: 'TPM'
Tried but cannot get this one.
Thanx
Tim
Currently it is only partly working in HS2. The errors you see are all corrected but I have an issue with GetURL & GetURLIE in Homeseer 2 with this script.
I'll explain...In Homeseer 1, You could use GetURL and if the page needed cookies, it worked with the cookies stored in Internet Explorer (so somehow this command WAS linked to IE). If I use GetURL in Homeseer 2, it is totally independent of IE so will not work for this script.
The problem is now switching to GetURLIE. If I call up the XML page that holds the private message information, Internet Explorer pops up asking if I wish to save or open this file which is totally useless at the moment as I just want to get a copy of this page.
I finally have got this working with HS2. I have generally tidied up the script and added an option not to read out the quoted part (from a reply). I have also updated the ASP display to look a bit smarter with better configuration options.
Can you think of anything else that may be missing/feature requests before I release this HS2 version?
Well almost works perfect.
Everytime it runs it says-You are not logged into the Homeseer Message Board-It only works if I am on the Board, which then i can see if I have new messages.
Shouldn't there be a place in the ini to put your username and password?
Thanx again
Tim
I think it is in the instructions that you must set the cookies by using Internet Explorer.
Anyway, I did one tweak to the script which allows you to optionally display the inbox, sent, unconfirmed and confirmed message receipt totals on the ASP. I will now put this one to bed!
