Accessing Event Class

Does anyone have a simple example of how to set an Event Class property in HS2?

I have a script that creates an event. I do not want execution of the event created to be logged. The switch to turn off logging is not accessible with "hs.NewTimeEvent". I can see it is a part of the class but I cannot find any documentation on how to actually set the property. A clear example of accessing the event class and setting a property would really be appreciated.
